Dr. Manoj K. Sharma

I am working as Assistant Professor at School of Biotechnology, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. I teach Plant Molecular Biology & Biotechnology and Research Ethics at School of Biotechnology, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi India. My research group is interested to understand the molecular & genetic basis of carbohydrate portioning and cross-talk among the components of drought tolerance & carbohydrate metabolism in plants. We are using sorghum as an experimental system. Further, we are very much interested in developing efficient genetic and transformation methods for cereal crops.
